What does a Listener cost?
A Listener never costs anything. Group and Team include a monthly message allowance, and extra messages are billed separately.
Do Guests need an account?
Guests use a free account when they take part in a Room. They never count as a paid seat.
What happens to a Room when I stop paying?
Paid features stop, but your content does not disappear. You keep read and export access to your Room.
How do exports work?
You can export on every plan, including Free. Choose the whole Space or one Room, with PDF, CSV, JSON and original files at original quality.
Can I change the Loop later?
Yes. You can change the Loop cadence later, and the new cadence applies from then on.
How are messages billed?
Messages cost $10 for 500. Group and Team include a monthly allowance before extra messages are billed.
